About Me
Currently living in Lancashire, I graduated from The Glasgow School of Art in June 2009 with a first class BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art Photography. Although I specialised in photography, I choose to work in a variety of mediums, as I don’t like restricting myself. I am currently investigating the realms of correspondence and seeing where it will take me. I am presently working on a temporary basis to fund my practice as an artist. I enjoy finding inspiration in the most unexpected places, especially when I am not looking.

Interests
The everyday, the mundane, the routines, people watching, desires, wants, finding answers to questions which have yet to be asked, exploring the forgotten, listening, attempting to find silence, words, darkness – but not too dark, The contemporary, the past, the future, the what ifs…? Boundaries, definitions, medical dictionaries, ambivalence, fascination, reactions, anticipations, humour, psychology, philosophy, the places we go to hide, isolation, solidarity, creature comforts. History, ‘finding yourself’, losing yourself.
